3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to vary prices if the scope of work changes
- Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise
4. Training Courses
- Course fees must be paid in advance or as agreed
- Cancellations within 14 days of the course date may incur charges
- Substitutions are permitted with reasonable notice
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with full refund
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of assessments
5. Consultancy Services
- Our advice is based on information provided by the client
- Reports and assessments are valid for the site conditions at the time of inspection
- Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations
- We maintain professional indemnity insurance for our services
